Pregnancy this time around has been a different ball game. Being a busy working mom and chasing a busy toddler around makes life well...busy! Combine busy with a touch of self-induced pressure, stress and anxiety - and I've got a combination for depletion. Consciously reminding myself that I am growing a little babe helps, but "showing up" in my life - for my partner, my daughter, my friends, my career - is So important to me that I tend to lose sight of this.
